Hi, I’m Dr. Sam PT, DPT

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and wellness coach who specializes in helping high-achieving women lose those last 10-15 lbs, regain balance, and confidence by overcoming the physical and mental burnout that comes with demanding careers and lifestyles.

With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and years of experience in orthopedic recovery, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients not only recover from injuries but also prevent them through proactive, holistic approaches. I’ve worked with countless women who, despite their hard-earned success, were constantly battling fatigue, stress, and the feeling of being “stuck” in cycles of quick-fix wellness plans that didn’t serve them. My journey to becoming a wellness coach and the founder of The Elite Woman Project was inspired by a realization that these women—like so many of us—deserve better than reactive healthcare. They need tailored, sustainable solutions that honor both their goals and their busy lives.

 

My Journey Into Becoming A Women's Wellness Coach Started Back In 2019... 

I was constantly seeing women come to me worn out as a physical therapist, juggling career and family, feeling like they had no time for their own health. They came to me with chronic aches, burnout, and frustration from wellness routines that didn’t “stick” or feel realistic. I realized that these high-performing women needed a program that supported their unique demands—not just in fitness, but in balancing their entire lifestyle. This realization sparked my shift to wellness coaching, where I could offer proactive, holistic solutions to help women feel and perform at their best.

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….

 

I was working with yet another high-achieving woman who came to me completely exhausted, frustrated that no matter what she tried, she was stuck in a cycle of burnout and feeling drained. She shared how much she was struggling with stress, low energy, and constant frustration that she couldn’t seem to manage her health the way she wanted to. At that moment, I had an “ah-ha!” realization: these incredible women didn’t need temporary solutions or cookie-cutter wellness advice—they needed a holistic, sustainable approach that considered every aspect of their lives. I knew there had to be a better way to help them reach their goals without sacrificing their health or peace of mind.

 

From This Moment On, My Life Changed Forever 

 

I shifted my focus from reactive healthcare to creating a proactive, comprehensive wellness program tailored for high-achieving women. My own stress levels decreased as I found purpose and fulfillment in guiding my clients toward lasting transformation, not just temporary fixes. Physically, I felt stronger and more aligned with my purpose than ever before. My relationships deepened as I was able to show up fully for my clients, and my career took on a new direction, one that resonated deeply with my values. I saw firsthand the amazing changes in my clients as they reclaimed their energy, built confidence, and truly started living in alignment with their goals.
