It All Started When I Realized Traditional Healthcare Was Failing Women...
As a physical therapist, I began noticing a painful pattern. I was treating high-achieving women, executives, entrepreneurs, and moms, who were successful on paper but silently struggling behind the scenes.
They were burnt out, exhausted, and disconnected from their bodies after years of putting everyone and everything else first. They wanted to feel strong and energized again, but nothing seemed to fit their busy lives.
And honestly, I felt frustrated too. The traditional healthcare model only offered temporary fixes, it wasn’t designed to help women thrive. These women didn’t need another quick solution; they needed a sustainable system that considered their whole lives: body, mind, and purpose.
That realization led me to create The Elite Woman Project, a personalized, sustainable approach to health that helps ambitious women break free from burnout, rebuild their confidence, and feel powerful in both body and life.
Because you deserve more than just to “get by.” You deserve to feel alive again.
But Then Everything Changed...Â
Everything shifted the day I realized I was only helping women survive, not thrive.
I kept seeing brilliant, capable women stuck in the same exhausting loop: pushing through fatigue, ignoring their own needs, and ending up right back in burnout or injury. One day, during a session, a client broke down in tears, tired of feeling drained, disconnected, and out of control. In that moment, I knew I couldn’t just treat symptoms anymore.
These women didn’t need another quick fix. They needed a sustainable way to feel strong, confident, and in control again, without sacrificing their success.
So I made a change. I dove deep into women’s wellness, proactive health, and sustainable habit-building, combining my background in physical therapy with holistic coaching to create a complete system that actually fits busy lives.
That system became The Elite Woman Project, a roadmap for the modern, ambitious woman to finally reclaim her energy, balance, and power.

By blending my expertise in physical therapy with women’s wellness and mindset coaching, I help my clients move beyond surface-level fixes to create real, lasting change.
Now, I get to watch incredible women break free from exhaustion, feel strong in their bodies again, and finally live with the clarity and confidence they’ve been missing. It’s my mission to guide them back to the version of themselves they were always meant to be, calm, capable, and fully alive.
